Retainer fee is non refundable PRE GOLDEN HOUR is brighter, which is nice when staying in an area that blocks the sun, In situations where large homes and dunes block the sun,also works well if you are have smaller ones that you feel cannot make it to that later time GOLDEN HOUR is the latest slot.
