The Signature Session
Designed for families who want a relaxed, full experience without feeling rushed. This session includes up to 45-60 minutes of guided photography for immediate families of up to six people. I’ll help choose the best location based on light, wind, and overall conditions, and I’ll guide you throughout the session with natural posing and gentle prompts so nothing feels stiff or forced. You’ll receive 50 or more fully edited images delivered in a private online gallery with full print release.
Best for: vacation families, annual portraits, and storytelling sessions.
The Extended Family Session
Designed for larger groups who want more time and flexibility. This session allows up to 60 minutes and accommodates extended families of up to 12 people total, making room for multiple groupins, candid moments, and a fuller story as the light changes. You’ll receive 60 or more fully edited images, and a gallery curated for easy sharing and printing. This option works best for reunions, multi-generation families, and “everyone’s together” sessions.
Booking Information

Session dates are reserved with a non-refundable retainer due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If paying with cash, payment is due at the time of the session.
Session pricing and group size limits are based on the collection selected. Immediate family sessions include up to six people, and extended family sessions include up to twelve people total. Groups larger than the limits listed require approval in advance and may require a custom quote.
Session locations are chosen based on lighting, weather conditions, and overall environment to ensure the best possible outcome. I will guide you through location selection prior to your session.
Galleries are delivered within 14 days. All images are fully edited and delivered through a private online gallery with print release. Minor distractions such as background people or temporary blemishes are removed during editing. Body shape or size is not altered.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Weather & Rescheduling
Sessions are scheduled with weather and lighting in mind. Cloudy skies are not considered a reason to reschedule and often create beautiful, soft light. In the event of unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or storms, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the session may be accommodated based on availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the retainer unless due to illness or unsafe weather conditions.
If a client does not arrive for their scheduled session or cancels without notice, the retainer will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.
